Loput joulukortit ~ The rest of Xmas cards

Toivottavasti teillä ei vielä ihan tule joulujutut korvista ulos, sillä tässäpä kunnon pläjäys tämän vuoden joulukortteja. Pidemmittä puheitta eiköhän mennä asiaan. :)

I hope you're not fed up with Christmas cards, yet, because you're gonna have a super massive post filled with this year's Xmas cards. So, let's go straight to the point. :)

Josko nyt sitten saisivat joulujutut riittää tältä vuodelta :) ~ I think it's time say goodbye to Xmas things for this year. :)

Siili vol. 2 ~ Hedgehog vol. 2

Ja ette varmaan ikinä arvaa mitä tässä postauksessa on tulossa! No niitä joulukortteja edelleen. :) Täytyy laittaa kyllä taas kohta yksi vanha julkaisematon leiska väliin niin on jotain muutakin luettavaa välillä. Tämä kortti syntyi pikapikaa eilen ja syy miksi niin pikapikaa oli se, että annoin tämän jo eilen saajalle. Leimasin on Penny Blackin ja papereiden valmistajista ei ole tietoa kun nappasin vaan ne mitkä ensimmäisenä pöydältä löytyivät. :---) Kuvan väritin Promarkereilla.

You will never guess what this post contains! Have a guess. The right answer is Christmas cards, still. :) I think I'll have to post some old unpublished layout soon so you'll have something else to read / see as well. I came up with this card yesterday quite quickly, which was fortunate because I didn't have much time. And the reason why I didn't have much time was that I gave this card to the recipient yesterday. The stamp is Penny Black's (again) and I colored it with Promarkers. I have no idea about the papers' manufacturers, they were the first ones which showed up on my table. :--D

Siili ~ Hedgehog

Joulukortteja joulukortteja joulukortteja. Ja tänäänhän nuo pitäisi viimeistään postittaa. Kortti syntyi tämän joulukortin kanssa samanaikaisesti, ja yhtäläisyyksiä kyllä huomaa. :) Paperit ovat Papermaniaa ja leima on Penny Blackin ja kuorrutin sen kimalleliimalla. Lumihiutaleisiin laitoin Crackle Accentsia jolloin niihin tuli ikäänkuin "jäinen" pinta, joka ei kylläkään kuvassa näy kun lähikuvat jäi ottamatta.. Penny Blackin eläinleimoissa on mielestäni jotain aivan ihanaa ja minun tekisi mieli hamstrata ne kaikki ! :---)

Continuing with Christmas cards. Today is the last day to post X-mas cards in Finland. The card is made after this card, and you can see some similarities in these two cards. :) I used Papermania's papers and the stamp is Penny Black's - again. I think PB's animal stamps are the cutest and I would love to have them all. :--D I put Crackle Accents to the snowflakes and it created pretty nice icy / frosty texture which unfortunately doesn't show in the picture because I was too lazy to take any close-ups.. 

Kissa joulukuusessa ~ Cat in a Christmas tree

Joulukortteja jälleen. Tällähetkellä (sunnuntaina, tämä on ajastettu postaus) niitä on valmiina 23, ja tavoite olisi 25. Tai miksei 30, niin sitten olisi oikeastaan kaikille tutuille lähettää itse tehty kortti. :-----) Lumihiutaleet ja Cosmo Cricketin Tiny Type -kirjaintarrat ensiintyvät aika monessa joulukortissa tänä vuonna. Tästäkin kortista noita Tiny Type -kirjaimia löytyy. Leimasin on Penny Blackin, ja kissan vasemmalla puolella kuuluisi olla toinenkin joulupallo, mutta kuvaa irti leikatessani se päätti pyörähtää jonnekin.. :D

X-mas cards - again. At this moment (on Sunday, this is timed post) I've made 23 cards, and my goal is 25. Or 30, why not, then we would have handmade cards to send for almost everyone who we know. :---) Snowflakes and Cosmo Cricket's Tiny Type -letters seem to be quite popular in my Christmas cards this year. And there is Tiny Type -letters in this card as well. The stamp is Penny Black's and there used to be another "X-mas ball" on cat's left side but it disappeared when I was cutting the image. :--D

Elossa ~ Staying alive

Huhhuh. On tämä viimeinen kuukausi ennen jouluan vaan aina niin kiireinen sekä koulussa että kotona. Nyt sitten olen kuumeessa kotona, ja onneksi viikonloppukin on tulossa. :) Tässä yksi ehkä tähän mennessä mieleisimmistä joulukorteista. Viehättää tämmöinen hieman "modernimpi" jouluinen värimaailma. Leimasinkuva on Penny Blackin ja ihanaiset paperit ovat Papermaniaa.

Oh blimey. The last month before Christmas is always so busy at school and well - everywhere. Now I've caught cold and I'll stay at home as long as the thermometer says more than 37 Celsius degrees. But luckily I can see there's a weekend coming.. :) Hmm, anyway, here's one of my favorite X-mas cards so far. I really like those little bit more "modern" Christmas colors. The stamp is Penny Black's and all the lovely papers are Papermania's. :)

Kuusipuu ~ Christmas tree

Joulukortteja edelleen. Nyt niitä on alkanut syntyä ihan mukavalla vauhdilla, kortti per päivä :) Toivottavasti ei nyt vaan innostus katoa. Kun aikaa tässä tuuppaa nyt paljon olemaan kun loukkasin reeneissä polven, niin sen seurauksena on 4 viikon pelikielto.. (mukavasti menee 4 turnausta, joista 2 olisi sijoituspelejä..) :/ Mutta jos positiivisesti ajattelee niin ompahan ihan rutosti aikaa vaikka askarrella. :)

Continuing with X-mas-cards. I've got a huge inspiration so I've made one card (or maybe two.. :)) every single day starting from Friday. I hope that my inspiration will last because I certainly do have time. I hurt my knee in my team's practice last week and the doctors told me that I cannot play for four weeks. (nice though, we'll have 4 matches.) But I'm trying to be positive, so I'll have time to do crafts daily. Yay! :)

Kortin taustapaperi on BG:tä ja ruskea "kraft"paperi on DCWV:n jostain joululehtiöstä. Puuleimasin on muistaakseni Inkadinkadon ja tekstilippulappunen on äidin kauppareissun löytöjä, kiitos äiti! <3 Pitkästä aikaa innostuin itse tekemään kukkia, piti päästä kokeilemaan tuota uutta mistelinoksa / joulutähti lehtileikkuria. Apua kun en tiedä kumpi tuo oikeasti on ! :----D

The background paper is BG's and the brown kraft-looking paper is from some DCWV's X-mas stack. Stamp is Inkadinkado's, I bet. It's been a while since I've made any flowers, but that mistletoe(?) leaf punch was too attractive! So you can see some handmade flowers in this card. :---) And sorry for possible mistakes in spelling etc, I was too lazy to proofread what I wrote.

Joulukortti

Nythän näitä alkoi tupsahdella. Ostin Oulun kädentaitomessuilta lokakuussa Sinellin osastolta tuon joulupukkileimasimen, ja siitä syntyi ensimmäinen hieman "runsaampi" joulukortti tälle vuodelle.

Now I'm in the right mood! I bought this Santa Stamp from Sinelli at Oulu's art & crafts expo. And now that stamp is starring my first "more decorative" X-mas-card for this year :)

Se alkoi.. ~ It started..

..nimittäin joulukorttien teko! Ja nyt jo pieni varoituksen sana, että blogi muuttuu taas aika (joulu)korttipainotteiseksi varmaan sitten ihan jouluun asti. :) Perjantaina syntyi pino yksinkertaisempia joulukortteja, jotka ovat tavallaan hieman hätävarana jos innostus joulukorttien tekoon lopahtaa täysin tai tekeminen jää ihan viimetippaan. Niinkuin lähes aina.. Alla vielä pari korttia esimerkkinä, kaikki on aikalailla samalla kaavalla toteutettuja.

..yes, it started finally, and now I am talking about Christmas cards. :) I'm warning you already, my blog will turn into a 110% cardblog until X-mas. I made some very simple Christmas cards on Friday, just in case that I lose my inspiration to do them before it's too late. :D Texts in the cards (Hyvää joulua, jouluiloa etc.) mean something like "Season's Greetings", "Happy Holidays" and so on. You can find couple cards below for example, all of them are pretty much like those.

Tämä alempi on kyllä ehdoton suosikki! :) ~ This one is my favorite! :)
